Associate - Construction Litigation (West Palm Beach)

Taft is seeking a team-oriented litigation associate to join its construction practice in our West Palm Beach office.

Taft is seeking an Associate with at least three or more years of litigation experience, including: representing clients in complex litigation, claims counseling, and contract and business disputes. Construction litigation experience is not required but preferred.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
