Supporting the national regulatory compliance efforts, the full-time Associate Compliance Analyst will manage compliance activities for 4-8 assigned states, maintain business licenses, and coordinate communication with regulatory agencies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Maintains required business licenses and develops an understanding of licensing requirements for assigned states Coordinates communication with regulatory agencies and educates external contacts on company practices Monitors legislative and regulatory activity, completing reports and communicating changes to the organization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Care Policy, Administration, Law, English, or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in health insurance or managed care Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel Understanding of regulatory agency operations and health care compliance preferred Strong analytical and writing skills, with a willingness to develop research skills
