Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate to join its Litigation practice in Irvine, California. This role is ideal for an attorney with experience in civil litigation who is eager to develop their skills in complex litigation, including real estate, commercial, employment, and consumer finance matters. The position involves working closely with experienced partners and clients.

Duties

• Manage complex litigation matters in federal and state courts and arbitration forums.
• Handle client communications, motion practice, discovery, court appearances, mediations, and settlements.
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions.
