We are currently seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in facilitating our clients' insurance needs and furthering our success in the market.Why work for WA?Established and growing 100 year plus company with family feel.100% employee owned – ESOP program!Comprehensive benefits-401K, ESOP, Health, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off and MORE!!!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day service support for assigned commercial accounts under the direction of an Account Manager or ExecutiveRespond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, certificates, and endorsements in a timely and professional mannerAssist with preparing client communications, renewal summaries, and proposalsProcess policy changes including endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and auditsReview policy documents for accuracy and maintain organized client records in the agency management systemIssue certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and evidence of coverageSupport renewal workflow by gathering exposure information and tracking deadlinesAssist with marketing submissions to carriers and preparation of renewal comparisonsCommunicate with carrier underwriters and service teams to support account needsMaintain accurate data and documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standardsAssist with billing questions, premium audits, and resolving discrepanciesFollow established workflows and prioritize tasks to meet service expectationsCollaborate with Account Managers, Producers, and internal teams to support client needsDeliver responsive, professional communication to support a positive client experienceParticipate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement effortsRequirementsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCommitment to providing excellent customer serviceAbility to work collaboratively in a team settingWillingness to learn insurance coverages, systems, and processesAbility to obtain and maintain required licensing, if not already licensedQualifications and SkillsPrior experience in insurance, customer service, or an administrative role preferredProperty and Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtainStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn agency management systems such as Applied EpicProblem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting client needsExperienceWA Group welcomes candidates with varying levels of experience for this position, including entry-level, mid-level, and senior professionals. Previous experience in commercial lines account management or related roles is highly desirable.
