Associate Clinical Director: Behavioral Health Leader

Alpas Wellness Centers in La Plata, Maryland is seeking an Associate Clinical Director who will partner with the Clinical Director, provide hands-on clinical supervision of counselors and therapists, and supervise day-to-day clinical operations.

This role includes staff development, quality assurance, and acting as the on-site clinical leader in the director's absence, with a clear path toward assuming the Clinical Director role over time.
