Associate Chiropractor - Chester, CA
An entire mountain town with no chiropractor. A 50-year-old practice under new ownership is looking for the doctor who will take it.
MARKET:
• Zero competing chiropractors within 75 miles
• Older, loyal local patient base
• Summer surge of vacationers and second-home owners
HOUSING:
• Living space available with hire
PAY:
• $70K salaried base, year one at three days a week
3 DAYS, YOUR PACE:
• Three days a week minimum
• Not a fast-paced, high-volume environment
GROWTH:
• Add more days whenever you want them
• Bonus compensation as the practice grows
• Room to build it around your own vision
YOUR CALL:
• Run it as your own practice, not a satellite under watch
• Owner is an hour away, not down the hall
REAL SUPPORT:
• About 14 hours weekly hands-on support your first months, as needed, from an owner with over 20 years practicing
• Monthly check-ins after, Zoom or in person
EQUIPPED:
• New digital X-ray suite
• T100 Softwave, Erchonia EVRL laser (FDA-cleared), Erchonia adjuster and percussor
WHO FITS:
• Strong, confident manual adjuster first
• Veteran DC wanting slower and simpler, or early-career DC who wants trail and lake mornings
REQUIRED:
• California DC license
• California X-Ray Operator license
• One-year commitment
