Transforming data into actionable strategies, the full-time Associate Category Manager will analyze insights to support Grocery and Military customers, driving growth in distribution, assortment, and category performance while working remotely from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, or Houston. Key responsibilities Own the process of analyzing raw data to develop insights and recommendations for Grocery and Military growth strategies Identify opportunities in assortment, shelving, pricing, promotions, and merchandising using various data sources Build analytical tools and dashboards to provide Sales and Category teams with actionable insights for customer discussions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Shopper Insights, Retail Analytics, or Customer Strategy within CPG or retail industries Experience with syndicated data and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment Willingness to travel up to 10-15% as needed
