2+ years of civil litigation experience, including pre-trial proceedings, discovery, legal research, drafting motions, and court appearances.Well-versed in Colorado and federal court procedures, with a strong command of commercial and general liability matters.Proficient with case management software and legal research databases such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active member of the State Bar Colorado.Attention to detail, and proactive client communication.
