Onsite Temporary In House Associate Merchandiser/ Buyer
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Associate Merchandiser to support an international product team. This is a highly Excel-driven role for someone who understands product and enjoys using data to identify opportunities, track performance, and support assortment decisions.
• Manage product assortments, line sheets, inventory updates, and sales sample orders for international distributor partners.
• Analyze bookings, shipments, sell-through, and sales trends by country and category to identify opportunities and risks.
• Maintain product updates, including new additions, drops, and reductions across assigned markets.
• Build reports using internal data systems and present business insights to cross-functional partners.
• Support distributor calls and meetings, communicating product direction, key initiatives, and market needs.
• Partner with merchandising, planning, and international teams to strengthen assortments and drive sales.
• Participate in product reviews and global product conferences.
What We Are Looking For
• 4-5 years of merchandising or buying experience in footwear, apparel, or accessories.
• Strong product knowledge and experience managing a high volume of SKUs.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Analytical and data-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable presenting in meetings and responding to questions in real time.
• International, wholesale, or sales experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
