Supporting the Business Process Services team in claims processing, the full-time remote Associate Business Process Services will evaluate claims, ensure adherence to policy guidelines, and meet production and quality requirements established by clients. Key responsibilities Support claims processing in accordance with policy guidelines Meet production and quality requirements for timely claims processing Evaluate claims errors and make adjudication decisions based on established criteria Required qualifications Knowledge of fundamental concepts in the medical and/or insurance fields Basic reading and analysis skills for evaluating claims Basic computer use skills Ability to multi-task efficiently across multiple claims Capacity to work independently to meet production goals
