This is the firm’s entry-level position for DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group’s Business Development (BD) team. The BD Associate will provide administrative support to the BD team ,prepare internal and external documents, update and maintain applicable databases, contribute to the development and implementation of relevant policies and strategic priorities, and other special projects that support the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives across sectors and regions.

In addition to their work on the BD team, the Associate will serve as Special Assistant to the Managing Partner of DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, providing support on scheduling, meeting preparations and follow-up activities, travel, administration, and strategic initiatives.

Location

Washington, DC (hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works as an integral member of DGA-ASG’s BD team, collaborating closely with the firm's regional practices, and managing research and writing assignments on a broad range of client prospects.
  • Manages administrative functions and tasks of the Managing Partner/Head of BD and the BD team; arranging schedules, appointments, meetings, travel, invoices, and providing organizational support for internal/external business development meetings.
  • Supports firmwide initiatives, events, and projects at the direction of the Managing Partner.
  • Supports the BD team with the implementation of the firm’s business development and marketing plan.
  • Prepares and edits detailed research memos, presentations, and other Participates in meetings and transcribes/distributes meeting minutes, as appropriate.
  • Begins to learn DGA-ASG best practices in research and product delivery, including the use of ASG proprietary knowledge and diverse sources of public information, working closely with senior staff.
  • Supports the BD team’s work with regional practices to help colleagues identify and drive business development or growth opportunities with potential and current clients.
  • Supports regional/sector practices in tracking and maintaining business develop priorities through the firm’s CRM database.
  • Manage and update relevant opportunities in our CRM, working closely with regional team colleagues.
  • Track internal and external event opportunities for the BDCM team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of zero to three years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Proactive and able to lead creative assignments on short timelines
  • Able to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects
