Associate Brand Manager

Seeking a full-time Associate Brand Manager, Brand & Innovation who will manage project timelines, drive innovation and commercialization processes, and support brand activation strategies in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Own project management across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of objectives Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable business recommendations Support the innovation pipeline from concept through to product launch and in-market performance Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) with a focus on brand management and innovation Experience in food, beverage, health, wellness, or supplements preferred Demonstrated ability to lead product launches from concept to market Exceptional project management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration Strong analytical skills to leverage data for business decision-making
