Associate/Attorney-Workers' Compensation

A growing litigation firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its New York team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative practice representing employers, insurance carriers and self-insured entities across a broad range of workers' compensation matters. The Opportunity

• Manage workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Develop litigation strategy and provide day-to-day advice to employers and insurance carriers.
• Build strong client relationships while working closely with experienced litigators.
• Take ownership of a varied and sophisticated caseload.
