The candidate must have at least three years of workers' compensation experience. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software. The candidate must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.Responsibilities: The attorney will conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues. The attorney will draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
The attorney will represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations. The attorney will collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and maintain billable hours as necessary.
