Family Law And Civil Litigation AttorneyWe are looking for attorneys with a minimum of three years of experience practicing Family Law and Civil Litigation. Applicant will also need to practice in the law firm's other practice areas. Applicant must be knowledgeable about procedure and be capable of handling court proceedings on their own as well as cases from start to finish.
When a potential client contacts our office, applicant must be able to screen the quality of clients and appeal to the potential client. We are a full-service law firm and expect our lawyers to excel at any area of the law, also practicing in the areas of family law, employment/labor law, probate, estate planning, criminal law, immigration, real estate, education, administrative, and contracts. Writing skills are a must.
Oral advocacy skills are a must.
