Your specific duties will include:Preparing legal documents and briefs.Conducting legal research and writing.Handling pre-litigation cases.Drafting legal documents.Participating in mediations and negotiations.Managing cases from inception to resolution.Required qualifications for the position include:At least 1 year of experience practicing law with a plaintiff personal injury focus.At least 1 year of experience practicing law in Arizona.At least 1 year of legal research experience.Current bar licensure in Arizona.Preferred qualifications for the position include:Strong academic credentials and employment history in related field.Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.Pay Rate Range: $110,000+ and up annually, DOE Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
