Associate/Attorney - Trademark Associate

Key Eligibility Criteria

- Bar admission in resident state
- At least 3 years of trademark clearance and prosecution experience
- Experience managing US and international trademark portfolios
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written & spoken)
- Ability to handle a high‑volume docket
Responsibilities
- Lead complex US and international trademark clearance projects
- Manage domestic and global prosecution, including filings and office action responses
- Provide day‑to‑day counsel on brand selection, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization
- Coordinate with foreign counsel and internal teams on multi‑jurisdictional matters
- Collaborate directly with partners while taking substantive responsibility for a high volume docket
Base salary: $250,000 – $320,000 per year (paid). Performance‑based bonus opportunity. Comprehensive benefits typical of leading US firms. Remote working arrangement within the United States.
