The role offers hands-on involvement in case strategy, courtroom advocacy, motion practice, and discovery while working closely with senior attorneys in a collaborative legal environment.Responsibilities:• Represent clients in court proceedings, conferences, and depositions as part of ongoing litigation matters.• Prepare persuasive legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and other case-related filings.• Manage discovery activities by developing requests, evaluating opposing party responses, and organizing large document productions.• Perform legal research to support case strategy, motion drafting, and issue analysis under applicable law.• Partner with attorneys and firm leadership on litigation assignments, case preparation, and client matters.• Draft and argue dispositive motions, including summary judgment submissions, with attention to factual and procedural detail.• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive, proprietary, and privileged information in accordance with legal and ethical obligations.
