Key Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation matters from case evaluation through resolution and trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in a variety of matters, potentially including medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, and product liability .
- Work closely with senior attorneys while developing independent litigation and trial skills.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications effectively.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Missouri Bar admission or eligibility required.
- 0-10 years of legal experience ; recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Genuine interest in civil litigation and trial practice.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while benefiting from a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.
