We're growing our New York litigation team and looking for a motivated Associate Attorney to work closely with a Senior Partner on a diverse caseload spanning casualty defense, premises liability, and environmental liability.
This is a hands-on role from day one — you'll be taking depositions, making court appearances, and building your litigation skills within a collaborative, well-resourced team.What You'll DoDraft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery demands, and responsesConduct and defend depositionsManage discovery, including interrogatories and document reviewPerform legal research and case analysisAppear in New York courts as neededWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of litigation experience in casualty defense, premises liability, or environmental liabilityActive New York bar admission required; New Jersey bar admission a plusStrong written and oral advocacy skillsDetail-oriented self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $110,000–$125,000, commensurate with experienceComprehensive health insurance401(k)Life insuranceCLE reimbursement and bar registration fees coveredHybrid schedule (in-office and remote flexibility)
