A successful candidate will have 1 to 5 years of litigation experience and will demonstrate a desire to serve the public interest by advocating on behalf of California consumers pursuing claims against car manufacturers and car dealers. The position calls for a hardworking, dedicated, and nimble attorney who is interested in aggressive discovery-driven litigation tactics and able to navigate competing priorities and the needs of multiple stakeholders, both internal and firm clients.They are offering a unique opportunity for an attorney to get immediate experience in multiple phases of litigation, including written discovery, law & motion, oral argument, depositions, and trial preparation.
