Overview
Fully remote Insurance Defense Attorney role (4-5+ years of experience) licensed in Texas. 100% remote opportunity for Texas-licensed attorneys with a focus on trucking and premises liability. Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year. • 4-5 year associate level • Excellent benefits • Growing firm with national presence
Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload independently from inception through resolution in insurance defense matters
- Focus on trucking and premises liability cases
- Billing target: minimum of 160 hours per month
Qualifications
- Active Texas bar license
- 4+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong background in trucking and premises liability preferred
- Ability to work independently and bill efficiently
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
