We are seeking an Associate Attorney to support foreclosure matters in Georgia, with a focus on high-volume document and file review in a fast-paced environment. This role is primarily remote and offers an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to gain experience in default services and foreclosure processes .
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to apply their legal knowledge to facilitate aspects of the foreclosure lifecycle while working collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan and foreclosure documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Prepare FDCPA notices and breach letters
- Provide legal and regulatory guidance to support teams and clients
- Assist with special projects and other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 0–2 years of experience practicing law
- Member in good standing of the Georgia State Bar
- Proficiency in software tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet-based platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability
- Collaborative team player with a professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail , analytical mindset, and adherence to deadlines
