About the Role

- Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct depositions and prepare cases for trial
- Provide strategic legal guidance to clients on divorce, custody, support, and related matters
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff using structured workflow systems
- Maintain clear and consistent client communication
- 7+ years of litigation/trial experience (family law preferred)
- Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
- Strong courtroom presence and case management skills
- Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
