Litigation AssociateWe are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join the team and represent injured workers.
Experience in workers' compensation, personal injury, or employment law is a plus, with training provided.Roles and ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in litigation matters involving injured workers.Manage cases and legal matters from initial evaluation through resolution.Advocate for clients through negotiations, hearings, and other legal proceedings.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case-related documents.Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide effective, client-focused representation.QualificationsStrong litigation background in workers' compensation, personal injury, employment law, or a related practice area.Workers' compensation experience is preferred but not required.Strong legal research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.Demonstrated commitment to helping clients and achieving favorable outcomes.Must have an assigned bar number or an assigned date to be sworn in.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.Full-time position.Remote work environment.Great benefits package.Training and professional development opportunities provided.
