Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with at least one year of civil litigation experience to join the team at one of New York's leading defense firms in their White Plains, NY office! The ideal candidate will have at least one year of medical malpractice defense experience, but the firm is open to considering candidates with civil litigation experience from other sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting/reviewing/responding to discovery documents
- Conducting and/or defending depositions
- Court appearances
- Motion practice
- Performing legal/medical research
- Maintain client relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to NY bar
- 1+ years of civil litigation experience is required
- 1+ years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience is preferred
