An experienced Associate Attorney to support its class action litigation practice. The role focuses on drafting class action complaints, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review class action complaints, motions, briefs, and legal pleadings.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
- Prepare high-quality legal documents within tight deadlines.
- Support litigation matters and develop persuasive legal arguments.
- Work independently in a fully remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in New York.
- litigation experience, including drafting motions and briefs.

- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
