Associate Attorney

A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to support a caseload split between products liability matters for one client and arbitrations for a cryptocurrency client. This is a remote position, ideally suited for a candidate based in or near Santa Barbara, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a mixed caseload spanning products liability litigation and cryptocurrency-related arbitrations
• Manage cases from discovery through resolution, including motion practice, depositions, and hearing/arbitration preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and arbitration submissions
• Collaborate directly with clients across both practice areas
• Coordinate with outside experts and co-counsel as needed

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of litigation experience
• Products liability experience preferred but not required — general litigators with strong fundamentals will be trained on the specific subject matter
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple matters and clients
• Comfortable xhqgsiq working independently in a remote environment

What We Offer:

• Salary: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
