Innovative Driven is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the team at one of our most established mid-sized law firm clients. This associate will handle a variety of complex claims, primarily professional liability and securities litigation.
This role will be based in the firm's Stamford, CT office with a hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days remote) schedule.
CT bar admission is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage cases
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Partake in depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Research complex legal issues to develop strategies for cases
- Work with clients and experienced attorneys
QUALIFICATIONS:
- JD from an accredited law school
- CT bar admission
- 1+ years of litigation experience
- Multitasking, attention to detail, and writing skills
