Growing New York insurance defense litigation firm with offices in Manhattan, Westchester, and Long Island, seeks attorneys with experience in municipal tort liability and/or premises liability.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle caseload
- Appear for virtual and in-person court appearances
- Draft motions
- Conduct depositions
- Report to insurance companies and municipalities
Remote work is an option.
New York State Bar admission required
Federal Bar admission (Southern District and/or Eastern District) a plus
