A high-performing Cleveland litigation firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with experience in commercial litigation, white-collar criminal, or employment law. This is an exceptional opportunity to take front-line ownership of cases and contribute meaningfully to trials and arbitrations nationwide.

About the Role

• Take full responsibility for developing and executing litigation strategy
• Lead and manage discovery, including ESI
• Draft and respond to motions
• Maintain consistent and direct client communication
• Participate actively in trials and arbitrations around the country

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in commercial litigation, white-collar, and/or employment law
• Strong discovery and ESI experience
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Financial services litigation experience is a plus (not required)
• $130,000–$160,000 DOE, flexible for highly qualified candidates
• Discretionary annual bonus

• 1700 billable hour target
