Key Responsibilities
- Handle civil and business litigation cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda with oversight until independent
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations/trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications
- Provide occasional support for personal injury cases
- Licensed to practice law in Florida (active & in good standing)
- At least 1 year of billing experience required
- 1-5 years of litigation experience preferred (strong entry-level candidates will be considered)
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Interest in growing into business litigation within a boutique law firm environment
- Base salary: $80,000 - $140,000 , depending on experience
