Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–4 years of relevant real estate legal experience.
• Education: JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school.
• Licensure: Active Massachusetts bar admission required.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Take ownership of substantive workstreams within the real estate practice.
• Draft and review sophisticated legal and client-facing materials.
• Analyze complex legal, regulatory, and commercial issues.
• Coordinate efficiently with partners, clients, and cross-practice teams.
• Assume increasing responsibility for matter management and execution.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Salary Range: $220,000.00/yr - $255,000.00/yr plus benefits and bonuses (actual compensation depends on class year, experience, and qualifications).
