Responsibilities include:
· Working directly with lead trial counsel on catastrophic cases
· Mentoring with senior partners who want you to advance and succeed in the
practice and business of law
· Pleadings and discovery
· Attending court conferences, hearings and trials
· Taking and defending fact and expert depositions
· Performing legal research and drafting motion and briefs
The ideal candidate will have:
· Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills
· 3-5 years of litigation experience (at a law firm, for a government legal department, or clerking for a judge). xzgxqkn Products liability experience preferred.
· Admission to the Florida Bar with active license
· Capacity to work from the firm’s Florida office
Salary ranging $120,000-$150,000
