Established National Civil Rights & Injury Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Plaintiff PI in Washington, D.C.
An established and nationally recognized plaintiffs' firm with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience to join their Washington, D.C. team. This attorney will support a high-impact litigation practice focused on representing injured individuals and their families in complex personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
Offer:
- Salary range: $110,000-$140,000+ depending on experience

Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Experience drafting and responding to discovery, taking depositions, and preparing demands
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Barred in at least two of the following: D.C., Maryland, and Virginia
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through litigation
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers
- Conduct depositions and appear in court on pretrial matters
- Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on litigation and case strategy
