Associate Attorney Washington, DC Full-Time On-Site$110,000 - $140,000/yrEstablished National Civil Rights & Injury Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Plaintiff PI in Washington, D.C.An established and nationally recognized plaintiffs' firm with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience to join their Washington, D.C. team. This attorney will support a high-impact litigation practice focused on representing injured individuals and their families in complex personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.Offer:Salary range: $110,000-$140,000+ depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus potentialFull benefits package including medical, dental, and vision401(k) with employer matchTrial prep exposure and significant client interactionQualifications:2-5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigationExperience drafting and responding to discovery, taking depositions, and preparing demandsStrong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skillsBarred in at least two of the following: D.C., Maryland, and VirginiaComfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environmentResponsibilities:Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through litigationDraft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demandsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providersConduct depositions and appear in court on pretrial mattersCollaborate with senior trial attorneys on litigation and case strategyFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
