Senior Associate Attorney
This is a full-time Senior Associate Attorney role located in Oakland, CA. The candidate will be responsible for making court appearances, providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating agreements, and handling a variety of litigation functions on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years as a practicing California litigator
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in California
- Previous experience in class action litigation is a plus
