A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its established practice. What You'll Do:
- Represent clients throughout all stages of workers' compensation claims
- Appear at Workers' Compensation hearings and conferences
- Develop case strategy and negotiate settlements
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent case updates
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of workers' compensation experience
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while working as part of a team
