A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a newly admitted attorney or attorney with up to one year of experience to join its Workers' Compensation practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to receive hands-on mentorship, gain courtroom experience, and work alongside a well-established team representing injured workers throughout New York.
What You'll Do:
- Attend Workers' Compensation hearings
- Manage client communication and case updates
- Review medical records and case documents
- Assist with settlement negotiations and case strategy
- Work closely with experienced attorneys and support staff
What We're Looking For:
- Admitted in New York (or recently passed the Bar)
- 0-1 years of experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in workers' compensation and plaintiff-side litigation
