About the Job:
Prominent mid-size law firm in New York is seeking an associate for its capital markets and securities practice.
Ideal Candidates Will Have the Following:
• 2 – 5 years of experience in the areas of capital markets transactions, securities law, public company reporting and compliance obligations, as well as corporate governance counseling
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Experience working in a large firm is a plus
Candidates must be admitted to the New York bar.
