The New York office of a prominent international law firm seeks an associate with 2 to 6 years of experience working on sophisticated real estate transactions.
Ideal Candidates Will Have the Following:
- Experience working on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, leasing and financing for various asset classes
- Strong drafting, negotiating, analytical and communication skills
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
Candidates must be admitted to the New York bar.
