Associate Attorney

A Vault 20–ranked firm with a nationally recognized private equity practice seeks a 2nd–5th year corporate associate to join its Private Equity/M&A Group in New York.

The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors in the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies, working on sophisticated transactions alongside an established private equity team.

Qualifications:
