Nashville PI litigators: what would it take to move? Probably less risk than you think.
Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.
I'm working with an established plaintiff's personal injury firm hiring a Litigation Trial Attorney in Nashville. The client is confidential — I'll share the name on a call.
The biggest reason good lawyers stay put is the fear of a pay dip while they build a new book. This firm solves that:
→ No pay cut to make the move. Base salary plus a first-year guaranteed draw set to match what you're earning now.
→ Upside that grows with you. You earn 10% on the cases you handle up to a set threshold, then 15% on everything beyond it.
→ Trial work, not just file management. Mostly motor vehicle and trucking cases in active litigation, through trial prep and trial.
The profile:
- J.D. and an active Tennessee law license in good standing
- Ideally 2+ years of plaintiff or defense PI litigation
- Comfortable running a full litigation docket
- Strong writer and advocate who wants to be in the courtroom
Defense-side litigators looking to cross over are welcome to reach out as well.
