We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our legal team, focusing on foreclosure matters. This role requires strong legal knowledge, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload. The Associate Attorney will handle all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested matters, mediations, hearings, and client updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings.
- Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested cases.
- Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic and in-person hearings.
- Maintain regular communication and meetings with clients.
- Provide timely updates via client systems, email, and phone.
- Manage large caseloads efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree.
- Member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar .
- Experience in handling foreclosure matters preferred.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service.
- Timely, reliable, and conscientious with deadlines and attendance.
