Job Requirements
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion preparation, and trial.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel.
- Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Provide legal counsel to business clients, including drafting contracts and corporate transactional documents.
- Conduct legal research independently and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
