The national and regional Tier 1 Insurance Law practice are excited to welcome an ambitious Associate into their team. Within the role itself, you can expect to represent both domestic and international Fortune100 Companies and Corporations across complex, multi-million- dollar coverage matters, spanning CGL, D&O, E&O, Product Liability, First and Third-Party Property – plus more!
Requirements:
- Florida Bar admittance, and in good standing.
- J.D. obtained from an accredited School of Law.
- At least 3+ years of strong Insurance Coverage exposure.
- Strong understanding and knowledge across CGL, Professional Liability, Property Damage (first/third-party), Bad Faith etc.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Strong litigation experience, in both State and Federal Courts.
