- Assist in handling a variety of civil litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
- Manage discovery, including written discovery and deposition preparation.
- Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategy and client communications.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional legal service.
- Participate in networking and business development activities to grow your practice.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Wisconsin Bar license or eligibility for admission.
- 5+ years of litigation experience preferred (judicial clerkship experience will be considered).
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Interest in building long-term client relationships and growing a litigation practice.
