About the Role:
Feldman & Associates, Inc. is looking for a driven and talented Associate Attorney to join our legal team in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents
Manage and maintain a caseload from intake through resolution
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy
Review and analyze contracts, evidence, and case-related documentation
Ensure compliance with court deadlines, filing requirements, and legal procedures
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing
1–3 years of litigation or relevant legal experience preferred
Strong legal research skills with proficiency in Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
This is an in-office position
