Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate high-value cases
- Own case strategy and execution
- Take and defend depositions, appear in court, and participate in mediations
- Lead and oversee support staff
- Active California Bar license
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Background in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, or Criminal Defense preferred
