Duties
- Provide legal services in residential and commercial landlord‑tenant matters.
- Engage directly with clients to address their legal needs.
- Handle cases from inception to resolution, including research, motion and brief writing, and courtroom appearances.
- Manage a high volume of cases with precision and organization.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Travel within the state as required; reliable transportation is essential.
Requirements
- Approximately 1–3 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney.
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina; dual licensure in Virginia preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
